Wæm Ik-13y Wěrnæ (/hɛf/ /ˈwɛrnæ/ [dull; dim] [spine]) is a subtropical Small Town located in Yuhko Zone, Rubivælǐ District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Wæm Ik-13y Wěrnæ is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Ik-13y Wěrnæ was founded by Knellirh Bregfëm, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Wæm Ik-13y Wěrnæ has a yearly average temperature of 28°C (82°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 32°C (89°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Overview

Wæm Ik-13y Wěrnæ was founded durring the late 13th century in spring of the year 1165, by Knellirh Bregfëm. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Knellirh Bregfëm.

Wæm Ik-13y Wěrnæ was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Ik-13y Wěrnæ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Wæm Ik-13y Wěrnæ is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of crampt cobblestone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Wæm Ik-13y Wěrnæ’s streets. In spite of this, quite a few people can be seen reading and the town has an abundance of libraries. It’s quite clear the community values education.
